Federal Complaint Filed

A Federal Complaint has been filed in the Southern District of New York detailing the 40+ years that the Mohonk Preserve and its affiliates have been trying to steal land in the Clove Valley for its own use which includes development of houses along the Coxing Kill to pay for the acquisition and opening a campground on Clove Road.
